Housed in an old bank building, designed by scandinavians the hotel is interesting and low key. The rooms are small and in need of maintenance but well designed. Mine had no TV which is refreshing, had a vinyl player with some vinyls. Breakfast is available in the cafe downstairs with good coffee and some egg dishes but no fruit, cereals. Th main issue however is the noise as it is adjacent to a multi level highway.

I had the most wonderful stay here for my first time visiting Japan. The space is tranquil and beautiful. My room was such a nice reprieve at the end of a long day exploring Tokyo. The service is also impeccable, everyone was lovely and so welcoming. I will be back!

Spectacularly finished rooms. The entire hotel has a funky, modern, industrial decor. Hotel staff are all hip, friendly & helpful. The small bar at mezzanine-level & cafe on ground floor serve elegantly curated food & drinks. Mexican "speakeasy" in the basement served small plates of crazy Japanese-Mexican fusion food that somehow work. I loved everything about this hotel.

Stunning, STUNNING, property! With only 20 rooms, this hotel is ultra boutique and it reflects on its attentive service. We stayed here in February 2026 for 4 nights on the first leg of our latest Japan trip. If you love Japandi interior design (and we do), this is the property for you. Really cool room with high quality sounds system and unique red lights concept on the bathroom mirror. Their record player is not just a gimmick, it really adds value to the room! We happened to get a Joni Mitchel 'Mingus' album and this was really a nice happenstance. It was peak winter and coming from literally a desert country plus not having dealt with real winter weather for a few years, it put my system into a shock. We requested a humidifier and they immediately provided a proper strong humidifier immediately. We did not book breakfast with the room, but we went a few times to Cafe Dance for breakfast, coffee and just casual snacks. The ambience was lovely and the food quality was really good as well. We had dinner at Maruyama in the first night and the food was amazing as well! Unique concept surrounding shochu, definitely worth trying. Will we be back? 100%.

An excellent hotel. We loved the design and the aesthetics of the room which was much bigger than anticipated. The hotel was located in a nice location, with very easy access to the metro lines and lots of smart restaurants and coffee places close by. We particularly enjoyed Glitch Coffee. The bar was fantastic with great cocktails and there were lots of nice features including a free mini bar and an excellent record player. If you’re looking for a treat, we’d recommend this hotel.
