We love the family room. It has all the facilities that we need, esp the washer&dryer and the iron. Location is good. Near to ueno park and the stations. Close to uniqlo and Gu, daiso and many other stores
We loved our stay here and would definitely return, but there are a few minor quirks worth noting. On the positive side, having an in-room washer and dryer was incredibly convenient (just note that you have to ask the front desk for detergent). However, our stay wasn't completely perfect. The hall light is motion-censored, meaning anytime someone used the restroom at night, the light would switch on and wake up the whole room. Additionally, while there are curtains over the windows, they let in quite a bit of outside light at night. We would absolutely stay here again, but just wanted to share these small warnings for future guests!
Great rooms. Apartment style so a bit bigger than a lot of other Tokyo rooms especially if you have multiple people on your trip and a washer / dryer in the rooms. Quick walk to Ueno or Okachimachi stations for easy access to the trains. Lots of food and shopping near by. Staff was super helpful and friendly.
Third time staying at this chain. Always loved the spacious room that comes with a kitchen and a washer/ dryer in the unit. Even though the surrounding location is busy, the room seems to be well sound proofed. We all can sleep peacefully. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, konbinis and pharmacies around. Very convenient as always.
