Great hotel! The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view from our room window. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Harajuku and Takeshita Street, and only about 15 minutes from Shibuya by metro. Having several convenience stores nearby made it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or anything we needed throughout the day. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were kind!
Our three-night stay was excellent. The room was exceptionally spacious, providing a very comfortable experience. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from Omote-Sando Station and only one stop away from Shibuya. The complimentary coffee and light snacks served each morning at the Arrival Rest Lounge were a wonderful bonus. A special thanks to Miss H. Muna, who was warm, welcoming, and very helpful in introducing the lounge’s services. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is a hidden gem. It is located conveniently next to the ginza line and the fun neighborhoods of Shibuya and Harajuku. The hotel staff is incredibly accommodating, kind, and generous. The amenities are incredible with all essentials provided endlessly, along with hot drinks and popcorn! The hotel is in a beautiful hidden lush area that looks like France. The rooms are spacious and i could see the Tokyo tower from my room! Loved the lounge space, that you can use before or after your stay as a place to unwind. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
The lounge was a fantastic place to relax before our flight. The breakfast selection included pastries, cereal, yogurt, and other light options, but the standout for me was the matcha it was a surprising 10/10. Since checkout was at 11:00 AM and our flight wasn't departing until later in the afternoon, we spent several hours in the lounge and were very comfortable the entire time. The complimentary champagne was a wonderful bonus, and I happily enjoyed a few mimosas while catching up with friends. The lounge provided plenty of seating, convenient charging stations for our devices, and a welcoming atmosphere that made the wait enjoyable rather than stressful. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely lovely and helped make the experience even better. Overall, it was the perfect place to unwind, socialize, and recharge before a long travel day. I would happily visit again. Shout out to Kiko and Wang for the greatest service. They both are very attentive and sweet!
This place was great for a 3 night stay during my solo trip to Japan. I chose this place due to its close proximity to the subway and Omotesando/Shibuya which proved to be very convenient for getting around Tokyo. The area is nice and quiet, and is one of the nicer parts of town. My room was spacious and clean with a great view of the city and the staff were all very kind and hospitable, would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area!
