Fantastic hotel, no hesitation recommending for your trip to Tokyo. We spent 4 nights here. Location is about 12 min walk from Ginza station which wasn’t bad at all. Close to Tsukiji fish market. Rooms are definitely on smaller side, but you will find this everywhere in Tokyo. Service was excellent, friendly, provided good restaurant recommendations. Hotel had complimentary yogurt, croissants and coffee each morning until 10am (even if you did not pay for breakfast). Included breakfast was a tasty bento box (chicken or fish) that they warm up for you.

Let me start with what we liked. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Ginza for shopping and dining, and an easy stroll to Tsukiji Market for breakfast runs. If you want to be in the middle of the action without dealing with too many train transfers, this spot delivers. The staff were genuinely friendly too — warm welcome at check-in, helpful with directions and recommendations, nothing felt transactional. And the free daily beverages were a nice touch that made coming back to the hotel feel like a small treat. Now the problem. The room was dusty. Properly dusty. Bad enough that it triggered our allergies from day one and we had to take medication every single day to get through the trip. Runny nose, itchy eyes, the works. Not exactly how you want to spend a Tokyo holiday. The clearest sign of how bad it was — I put my phone down on the bathroom counter to take a shower, came out maybe 15 minutes later, and there was a visible thin layer of dust on it. Not a few specks. A layer. That kind of build-up doesn't happen in a few hours. It tells you the room hasn't been deep cleaned in a while, even if the surfaces look okay at a glance. For a hotel in this price range and location, that's disappointing. The basics of housekeeping should be non-negotiable. If you don't have any dust sensitivity or allergies, you'll probably still enjoy the stay because the location and staff really are good. But if you or anyone you're travelling with has allergies, asthma, or respiratory issues, I'd seriously think twice or check with the hotel about their cleaning standards before booking. Hope management takes this seriously because everything else about the experience had real potential.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in Tokyo. The aesthetic captures you and brings you into the modern minimalist side of Japan with some tradition aspects, the highlight being the matcha welcome drink and the bathtub. The extra space and hinoki bath are definitely worth the upgrade and the front desk recipe room staff are the sweetest, most caring and welcoming hotel staff I’ve ever met, they accommodated to every need and did their best to help out if there was any problems or inconvenience. We will definitely be coming back again soon :) Thank you Tsuki!

This is a nice hotel in a good location. We stayed in a double room with a hinoki bathtub. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a corner room and the size was good compared with standard Japanese hotel rooms. The customer service was good - we enjoyed the quiet, minimalist Japanese hospitality. One improvement point I'd suggest is installing an overhead shower because there was a wall mounted shower in a huge shower cubicle, which seemed like a missed opportunity for offering an improved guest experience. Overall, this was a good stay and we'd choose it again if we wanted to be in the Tsukiji area.

Exceptional Service and Quick Resolution at TSUKI Hotel I booked a 3-night stay at TSUKI Hotel through Agoda. Before arriving, we specifically selected the room type with a Hinoki (cypress) wood bathtub, rather than the standard shower-only room. Upon arrival, there was a discrepancy in the booking records which seemed to be an error on Agoda's part. However, the hotel staff was incredibly proactive and attentive. After confirming the details with me, the front desk team immediately consulted with their supervisor and promptly upgraded us to the correct Hinoki bathtub room. I was deeply impressed by how alert and professional the staff were. They identified the issue and resolved it instantly, making us feel truly cared for and welcomed. Their graceful handling of the situation turned a potential frustration into a heart-warming experience. I am extremely grateful for the team's assistance. I will definitely choose TSUKI Hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended!
