Location ard 10min walking from Ueno Station. But there is a metro station just few min away. Can use that for city explore. Room is ok. Only con is water temperature is not stable. Nearby many convenience stores. Or find food along the way to Ueno station
Near to stations and konbini stores. Also, staff are accomodating. Clean room and comfortable bed. Overall, I had a great stay at Ueno First City. Highy recommend!
The shower stinks :( Shower curtain must have never been cleaned in forever. I've never had a hotel room with such stinky toilet and shower ever!! The room corners are moldy too. The overall service is fine, but jesus they need to really sanitize their showers. The sewers stink too. Other than that things are fine.
