I found about Mocci on Reddit for one of the best places to get a facial and wow, I’m glad someone recommended it. I went in for a facial and back treatment and did the head spa and décolletage add-on and can truly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Chika took excellent care of me, thorough, professional, and very kind. The products they use are gentle and the technology like EMS and microneedling to target trouble areas and make your skin as youthful as ever. I wish Mocci would come to Charleston, South Carolina USA! We could use a spa like this in the states. Very grateful for today’s treatment.
I had my very first facial during my vacation in Tokyo. Thanks to the instructions provided, the location was very easy to find. The welcome was friendly. The treatment rooms were cozily decorated, with relaxing background music, and the beds were comfortable. They used quality products that left my skin feeling very clean and refreshed. I felt completely comfortable at every moment during the treatment. The person who did the treatment did an amazing job, and my skin felt incredibly soft and looked super glowy right after!

We went through my skin concerns step by step, and after a thorough consultation, she tailored the facial to exactly what my skin needed. The treatment felt very personalised, and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well looked after. When I left, my skin looked noticeably brighter, felt deeply nourished, and had such a healthy glow. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel this is important to share so other clients know what to expect. I booked this service because it was advertised as a Japanese facial, and I was excited to experience an authentic treatment while visiting Japan. The lady performing the service was very kind and friendly, and I appreciate her attitude during the appointment. However, during the treatment she mentioned that she is not certified and doesn’t know much about skin. For a service at this price point, I expected the treatment to be performed by someone who is certified and experienced. Because I work in the skincare industry, this stood out to me. I also reached out privately on Instagram before posting this review but did not receive a response. I truly wanted to experience a traditional Japanese facial, which is why I booked the service in the first place.
