This sauna is literally so good. It's separated by gender so the privacy is top tier, and it's actually super spacious inside. The amenities are insanely complete, like you literally just need to show up. A major plus point is the free ice cream and drinks! You get so spoiled by the facilities here. They have Refa and Dyson hair dryers, and even Hermes body lotion. The setup is just unreal. The building is super easy to find and really close to the station too. Honestly the perfect getaway to just chill after a night out or a long day of traveling.
Tried the 90-minute plan at Prus Sauna Kabukicho and honestly it was such a relaxing escape right in the middle of busy Kabukicho. The space felt very clean, modern, and private, making it easy to fully unwind after a long day in Tokyo. I really liked that everything was included, so it felt super convenient even for first-timers. They also had complimentary drinks available, which was a nice touch after the sauna. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and the staff were kind throughout the experience. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a self-care break while exploring Shinjuku✨
Had a really great experience at Prus Sauna 新宿歌舞伎町タワー 🧖🏻♂️✨ I visited after exercising and it was honestly the perfect place to relax and recover. The private sauna rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a very premium atmosphere. It was nice being able to enjoy the sauna quietly at our own pace without other people around. The staff were friendly and everything was prepared well — towels, amenities, drinks, and sauna goods were all included, which made the experience very convenient. One thing I also appreciate is that the sauna is tattoo-friendly, which makes it much more accessible for travellers visiting Japan. The outdoor terrace with the Godzilla view was such a cool and unique Tokyo experience too 🦖🌃 Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a private and relaxing sauna experience in Shinju
Prus Sauna is the perfect private escape on Tokyo! I loved having my own sauna and cold bath all to myself! My favorite part was listening to my own music in the sauna and enjoying the complimentary soft drinks.
Yesterday, I spent a relaxing time at Prus Sauna — a stylish place that is wonderfully and luxuriously equipped. Unlike traditional communal onsen or sento, Prus offers a luxury individual sauna experience. It also features a swimming pool and a VIP terrace. Additionally, there is a common terrace with cozy lounge chairs offering a direct view of the huge Godzilla poster on the building opposite. The shower and locker rooms are bright and feature deluxe cosmetics and electric appliances. The vanity area includes Hermès products and other body lotions, facial treatments, and hair care items. A Refa hair dryer shines brightly near the mirror. Dyson and its different nozzles are available too. You also don't need to worry about bringing your own gear: towels, innerwear robes and pants, ponchos, sauna hats, and even swimwear are provided in the changing room. There are also plenty of hair styling products, curlers, and hair straighteners, so you will leave this place looking beautiful. There is also a complimentary drink area, so you don't have to worry about carrying water with you. Inside your sauna room — please note that room sizes vary, and they are separated by gender. In your individual room, you can spend time with a companion of the same gender. There is a relaxing space with two chairs and a mirror. Next is a room equipped with two types of showers — handheld and overhead — and a cold bath area featuring a wooden bucket and a large ladle to pour water over yourself. Finally, there is a separate sauna room. It is a bit dim but features a strip of ceiling lights (which I couldn't adjust). However, you can adjust the air-conditioning in your room. It's a luxurious relaxation experience that you will want to repeat. Location: Right in front of the entrance to the Seibu Shinjuku Line, just a few minutes from Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku Nishiguchi Station. Bonus: Located in Kabukicho Tower, you won't have to worry about finding places to eat, and there's even a cinema in the building. So instead of hustling through the crowded streets of Shinjuku, everything is conveniently in one place.
