I used this service as a gift for my husband. The massage was strong and very relaxing. However, perhaps I'm being too picky, but three things bothered me... - The sound of a shelf opening and closing during the massage was loud (it conveyed a sense of carelessness). - When I called for staff at the reception, they didn't come out for a long time, and I could hear them chatting from the back. - In the restroom, the cupboard door was left open. The level of hospitality was a little disappointing, but thank you anyway.
It was my first time visiting the salon, and as it was a custom-made treatment, I received a consultation tailored to my concerns. After the treatment, I felt lighter and my skin was more radiant, which made me very happy. The space was relaxing, and I think the atmosphere was perfect for relieving fatigue. The staff were also kind and comfortable, and I would definitely like to return.
Great experience! After our 13 hour flight we needed a 90 minute massage and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The pressure was perfect, the products were wonderful, everything was spotless, and we loved having a private shower afterwards. The staff were endlessly kind. We will definitely be back.
