I really don’t know where to start. Maybe with what my daughter Indie just told me: “I’ve never been to a place where everyone is so kind.” The moment we walked in, you could feel the kindness from everyone. Mon greeted us and treated us so nicely. Nila showed us to the room with the loveliest surprise for Indie — a handmade card featuring all her favorite characters, made by the lovely Aurelia, plus personalized cookies with her favorite characters made by the pastry chef. Truly amazing. I’m attaching a picture because words just don’t do it justice. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The rooms are huge and so quiet, the beds are so comfortable. Amazing for families. Thank you for everything!
It's impossible to leave less than 5-Stars for this hotel. It is quite easily the best experience I've ever had as a guest. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, they are hospitality at its peak. The little gestures are what go above and beyond, I carried a heavy box in and they immediately asked to help and then sent a cold drink to my room. I won't even mention the Anniversary gesture but my partner and I were moved. From Sophies, to the rooftop bar, to the Punch Room, I would definitely stay again.
We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. The location is in a great district and nothing (like Shibuya) was more than a 20 minute car ride away. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the property has a nice vibe. The 2nd floor bar has a great drink menu and the rooftop is a cool experience at night. Staff? Amazing! Ashley and Marla are terrific. Made us feel like family. Definitely staying here again.
A beautiful hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and a really lovely vibe throughout. The location is excellent, making everything easy and convenient. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member was incredible, from the doormen to the front desk and concierge team. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole stay feel seamless and special. A place I’d happily stay at again.
This hotel was absolutely amazing. It’s centrally located in the heart of Ginza. It is super clean, chic, and the staff is absolutely amazing. From the doorman welcoming us, to the check-in staff, everyone was always so hospitable and attentive in helping us. I want to call out Bobby who was absolutely amazing to us our whole stay. He went above and beyond making sure we had water, to offering us recommendations, helping with our cabs, and providing us snacks! Thank you again for an amazing stay!
