ホテルサンルート銀座
Tokyo
レビュー
I stayed at Hotel Sunroute Ginza for a few nights, and it was a decent budget-friendly option overall. The room was about what I expected for a typical Japanese city hotel, especially for two people, and the staff were able to help in both English and Mandarin, which made things much easier. The location also worked well for getting around Ginza.
Location is convenient in the heart of Ginza. Clean and quiet room. Breakfast was great (continental & Japanese). The only downside is the size of the room but looks like it’s a Tokyo standard. I regret the lack of a cupboard to hang clothes, that’s an issue if you stay more than one night. That said I recommend this hotel.
Hotel Sunroute Ginza was an excellent choice for our stay in Tokyo. The location is truly one of its biggest strengths — conveniently close to Ginza-itchome Station, Ginza Station, and within easy walking distance to many of Tokyo’s top attractions. From the hotel, we could easily visit: * Ginza shopping district * Matsuya Ginza * Ginza Six * Kabukiza Theatre * Tsukiji Outer Market * Tokyo Station * Yurakucho * Tokyo International Forum * Imperial Palace * Marunouchi * Nihonbashi * Hibiya Park * Tokyo Tower (short train ride) * Asakusa / Senso-ji (easy subway access) * Shibuya / Shinjuku (direct access) The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. While the room was compact (typical for Tokyo), it was well organized and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were especially friendly, professional, and helpful, making check-in and our overall experience smooth and stress-free. Breakfast was also very good, with both Japanese and Western choices. Overall, Hotel Sunroute Ginza offers excellent value, outstanding convenience, and an ideal base for exploring Tokyo. Perfect for both tourists and business travelers. Highly recommended!
I had a very positive experience with the hotel staff. I accidentally left my bag chain in the room after checking out, but the team was extremely helpful in locating it and keeping it safe for me. After that, I arranged a courier service to pick it up, and the staff continued to assist me throughout the process to make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciate their honesty, effort, and excellent service. Thank you very much!
For a more budget friendly hotel - it definitely does the job for the cost. It’s super convenient to the subway & the main Ginza area which was awesome. The room we got was so small but it’s pretty standard for Tokyo at that cost. I cared more about convenience, price, without sacrificing much of the quality. It was pretty clean when we got the room. My only minor feedback was the bed was medium comfort level. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a good budget hotel!
