Location is quite far from Tokyo Central. Around 20-25 mins train from Tokyo station while attached to the undergo. However, the train frequently drop significantly after 10pm to 10-15 mins per train, have a readiness a long way to hotel if you explore the city till late. Variety of choice on restaurant nearby and a big Aeon mall open until 2200z Check in lobby has nice view, water supplier. Room are pretty small indeed
Super easy check in, girls on desk very friendly. Room was clean and everything we needed with our 2 daughters. The best part, big aeon mall and family mart right outside. 10 min taxi to shinagawa Shinkansen. Would definitely recommend for simple accommodation. We got a Japanese room the only complaint was not much room for luggage.
The windows in the room cannot be opened, which makes it very stuffy and uncomfortable every day. I would not choose this hotel again in the winter. I stayed for five consecutive days, and the breakfast options were very limited. I would not recommend it. The reception service was acceptable. However, most of the hotel staff seemed unhappy and rather depressed. They never greeted guests, and the overall atmosphere felt quite oppressive.
The location is a bit far and a bit complicated if you want to go to Shinjuku or Ginza for example. But the hotel itself has great view, you can see Tokyo Bay from the lobby and your room. The staffs are so friendly and speak english well. Sometimes I felt my room was quite hot (although the AC is on). There is air ventilation near the window but it's too small. But overall I enjoy my one week stay there.
