Very welcoming and pleasant experience. The room is super spacious and clean. Location is also perfect since there are two convenience stores opposite to the hotel. One of the staffs- Yoyo, is professional and polite. She offers great travel spots recommendation and is patient with enquiries. I also had fun playing the Tanabata activity, Mimaru should consider giving out free breakfast coupons next time for prizes.
Mimaru akasaka was an awesome place to stay in Tokyo with families. The service was impeccable. Engel, Chi, Charles and Yo-yo went above and beyond to help us plan everything, literally better service than a ritz Carlton. The location is close to a train station but you will always have to transfer somewhere else. Really safe, kids enjoyed being on their own running around. The rooms are clean but are true apartment style, so housekeeping not daily but can be requested at cost. So glad we stayed here!!
We are a family and stayed here for vacation in Tokyo. It was a fantastic location is you are looking for an apartment hotel with kitchen for a family of 4. It is right in the middle of the town, very close to train station. There is a front desk which was very helpful. The room was super clean, new interiors, great bed and fantastic bathroom!! I highly recommend this place. When we go again, we will stay here.
We had a wonderful 10-night stay at Mimaru Tokyo Akasaka. The hotel was comfortable, spacious, and located in a quiet area that was perfect for relaxing after busy days exploring Tokyo. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation while still feeling peaceful and away from the crowds. We truly felt at home during our stay and would highly recommend Mimaru Akasaka to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!
We had a great stay at Mimaru Akasaka! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is excellent — super close to the metro line, and most popular places in Tokyo were within a 15-minute metro ride. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make our trip easier. They even helped me arrange a hair appointment 💅 which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!
