A wonderful place for families! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the spacious rooms, flexible bed configurations, and fully equipped kitchen made our stay very comfortable. While it’s about a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, it is well worth it because there are very few accommodations in the area that offer this much space and convenience for larger families. We would happily stay here again.
We had a fabulous stay at Mimaru Tokyo. The staff was very nice and spoke good English. The on-site laundry was very useful, and our room was excellent with a full kitchenette. As a first time visitor, the location was great with lots to do and see nearby. Close to a shopping district, the nightlife and a Skybus tour stop a short walk away. As an added bonus (to some), my 11 year old son and myself both had the most vivid dreams we have ever had staying here. Not sure if some find this creepy, but we thought it was an awesome experience and thought it was worth sharing! Maybe it was the comfortable sleep, and amazing beds.
We absolutely loved our stay here! It was our first time in Japan, and the location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, cafés, and major attractions while still being comfortable and convenient. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with essentials, including cups, plates, and other useful amenities. The front desk staff were always kind, friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions we had. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Japan. We would gladly stay here again!
Fabulous stay in Shinjuku on our first trip to Japan. It was nice for our family of 4 to have a little bit of space to spread out. Front desk staff was super friendly. Whole family was satisfied and comfortable in the room, and we appreciated being able to make ourselves some tea on arrival and using the fun toys by the front desk for the kids.
Great experience here. Close to Shinjuku (easy 10 min walk). Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, especially with arranging luggage delivery for our next lodging (it was an air bnb so the logistics were not straightforward). We would definitely stay at Mimaru again
