The location is very close to the lively part of Shinjuku. They have excellent food for breakfast, and many japanese food as well as western. The rooms are a bit small and not many space to keep your bags. The Wifi was weak at times. The washroom felt short for tall people. But they have very nice staffs and helped with finding local businesses and information

You get good amenities at an affordable price. Somewhat small rooms which is quite common in the area. If you want to explore the day you check out they also keep your luggage safe for free. Very nice staff and a pleasant stay for my first Tokyo experience. The area is also full of interesting stores and is close to the subway station.

I can’t complain anything here. The room was good condition and clean. All facilities are perfect for the price you paid. Even they don’t clean the room everyday but they will provide you fresh towels and water everyday hang in your door. The location close to Shinjuku night life but not in the middle of noisy so that’s perfect. I enjoyed my stay!

The rooms were extremely small. Traveling with three large suitcases, we found it very difficult to store our luggage—there’s technically space under the bed, but it doesn’t fit larger cases. We ended up placing them in the tiny hallway, which made it hard to move around. Overall, the room felt like it consisted of little more than a bed. The bathroom was also very compact, and for anyone over about 1.75m, the shower space is quite limited in height. Breakfast was okay—nothing special, but not bad either. The staff were fine as well, not particularly friendly but not unfriendly. The hotel is located in Shinjuku, very close to the red-light district, so it’s important to be aware that the area can be quite lively, noisy, and busy, especially at night. In summary, it’s manageable for a short stay, but the limited space and location might not suit everyone.

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly quick and easy, which made everything stress-free from start to finish. The hotel provides all the essentials and more—towels, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, Q-tips, etc.—and we really appreciated that they replace items like towels and toothbrushes regularly. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. One thing to note is that the rooms are on the smaller side, but this is very normal for Japan and didn’t take away from our experience at all. The price is excellent, especially considering the location. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, close to the station, and makes it super easy to visit all the must-see spots. Another huge plus is that it’s right beside a 7-Eleven, which we ended up going to every day for breakfast and snacks. It was super convenient not only for food, but also for easily taking out cash when needed. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay!
