Fantastic stay! The location was unbeatable—super convenient for getting around, yet tucked away enough to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly spacious compared to standard Tokyo accommodations. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were wonderfully responsive whenever we had a question. Excellent value for money—we’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Tokyo!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It’s a perfect place for a one-night stay and an evening exploring Akihabara. We would especially like to thank Jo (I hope I remembered the name correctly) for the help and kindness. We highly recommend this hotel!

mixed experience here. first was bombarded with email to pre-check in. then there was nobody at the reception and despite doing the full pre check in online, the ipad still requested that you do everything again. the room was a decent size with a bigger bathroom. not really welcoming sign when it says that they will claim for damages if there is a water leak yet the shower floor looked worn and cracked (see pictures). the balcony door has a sign that says do not open yet the room is quite stuffy with no air flow; our door actually could not close so a light push would simply open it. the bed and room was okay honestly, not much to address there. the hotel is also easy to find. when we checked out, that was the only time we saw someone (we went in and out the evening prior and didnt see anyone at all to tell about our balcony door so we didnt). the gentleman was nice but asked for review right away. overall not bad if you just gonna quickly spend the night.

I cannot, for the life of me, understand how this hotel has a 4.8 rating on Google. The double room is so small, you have to hope both people are normal sized to be able to fit inside the room with suitcases. Even then, a weird sort of parkour will be necessary to stand on the carpet when one suitcase is open. The main street is super loud and due to poor isolation, ear plugs will be necessary to sleep. Ventilation is terrible, the existing air vents spread more dust around than they help filter anything. The window cannot be opened, so it is completely useless and merely decorative, no airing out is possible. This is probably responsible for all the mold on the ceilings that apparently have not been addressed by the cleaning staff. The bathroom is relatively big compared to the overall room size, but cleaning is only done superficially - maybe lift up the bottles of shampoo etc once or twice to remove the water stains on the shelf every now and then? The towels smell bad after one time using them, which suggests they are not being washed properly. And the last straw: a stain on the bedding. This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during our Japan trip and we will never return. The only positive aspect: the location provided easy access to the subway and there were som nice restaurants in the area.
