I’ve been to Japan several times and always wanted to know how a hair spa feels. This place was super nice and though I can’t speak Japanese the people were super polite and translated all needed things in advance so that I could chose what to expect. The treatment itself was very relaxing and i enjoyed it very much. Also the price felt reasonable and i would definitely come again.
All in all great experience. Coming in we didn't know what to expect from this salon and service. We booked via Instagram DM and got a quick reply with the availability. We were welcomed with tea and provided some documents to sign (arrive earlier so as not to eat from your own time slot). After reviewing the potential add-ons we decided to get the scalp analysis which was highly worth it (around 6500 yen per person + 40 mins extra). The scalp analysis was thorough - we got to see various takes from back top and front of hair follicles and scalp. Then we went to treatment room where we got massage, steaming, water jet cleaning and then some infrared device. The massage and treatment was pleasant and very professional, super attentive with hot towels and around the deck overall relaxing. After the treatment we got again to see the scalp and it was significantly cleaner overall. The highlight was the service which was outstanding - professional, attentive, clean, not pushing to buy things but advising on self care after the treatment. Grateful for the whole experience and thankful for the staff for a stellar service.
My daughters and I had an amazing and relaxing time here. It was so peaceful and we all left with wonderfully silky hair and clean scalps. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hair treatment! The hydrocleansing was amazing and all the staff were very professional and kind. They were very attentive to all of our needs and translated for us if we didn’t understand since we only speak English! This was an amazing experience, thank you!!!
I had an absolutely amazing head spa and facial experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and beautifully designed — the perfect place to truly unwind. The head spa was incredibly relaxing. The scalp massage relieved so much tension, and the treatment felt both luxurious and therapeutic. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely stress-free. The facial was just as impressive. My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and noticeably smoother afterwards. The products were gentle yet effective, and the therapist explained each step professionally. Overall, it was a five-star experience. Highly recommend this experience for everyone. Where do I even start. My wife and I received the head spa/massage treatment and it was amazing. As a man I didn't think this would be something I could do or get into but man this was awesome. They wash and shampoo your hair then massage your head with oils. Overall very satisfied 😌 😊 and highly recommend.
