Is a good solid inexpensive hotel. It's in a good location. Transport to everywhere and asakusa itself is a nice area. Service is top notch every time I've had to interact with them, particularly when I've had emergencies not of their causing they've been very nice to me. This is not my first time staying here and likely it won't be my last.
Nice and clean hotel, 2 minutes from the subway. Staff very friendly and they know English. There are three choices for breakfast, traditional Japanese, western style and vegetarian bowl. Japanese and western are very good and tasty. The hotel is in a quiet place. The bathroom is a little small, but OK. It lacks a hanger in the bathroom, the space in the room is also not big, with two large suitcases it gets quite cramped. Overalls satisfied😁
Conveniently located along the Ginza line by Tawaramachi station with an entrance a few minutes walk away. FamilyMart right next door. Staff are very helpful and kind. They are also able to assist in English. Amazing people. The rooms are ok. I could do with a hook on the inside of the bathroom door to hang a towel and a couple of hooks outside on the wall by the bathroom door. The mini closet space doesn’t fit many clothes so extra hooks would be nice. A small luggage rack to rest a midsized suitcase by the foot of the bed would also open up some room by the front entrance. Also, the seal on one side of the shower door is cracked. And overall the door does not seal well and if you point the shower head towards the side the door swings open at, you will leak water onto the floor. The walls are quite thin, I could hear the person next door snoring all night. Thankfully my floor neighbours are otherwise quiet moving along the hallway.
The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from Tawaramachi Station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the lobby offers a wide range of amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, makeup remover, and facial cleanser for guests to take freely. On the third floor, there are self-service laundry machines available, with both newer and older models to choose from, which is very convenient for longer stays. The only downside is the room size, which is extremely small, even smaller than other well-known A-brand and T-brand chain hotels. There isn’t even space to fit a small bathtub in the bathroom, which may be disappointing for some guests.
