The hotel is big but the rooms are a bit small. When travelling with a lot o luggage it can become a bit packed. There is no launge place to be if you want to relax a bit outside of the room. The good thing is that the hotel has Onsen available almost 24/7, at the end of the day is very nice to enjoy it and have a relaxed bath. They provide on a daily basis towels, Thea, coffee, products to have shower with very good quality. Upon request they can also clean the room on a daily basis. We did not have much contact with the staff, only when we did the check in and when we wanted to leave the luggage in a storage in the last day.

Overall, this hotel is solid — the rooms are small, but that’s expected in Tokyo. The location is excellent: just two minutes from the metro station, with plenty kombinis nearby. Amenities include free wifi, coin laundry (500 yen to wash, 100 yen per 30 minutes to dry). One thing worth flagging: they advertise a pool, but don’t mention there’s an extra fee to use it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and fresh towels and new toiletries were provided every day, which I really appreciated. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The location is also very convenient—it’s close to the train station and just a short walk to convenience stores, making it easy to get around and pick up anything you need. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent value. I would definitely recommend it!

Perfectly located, right next to a convenience store and 100 meters from both a bus stop and a metro station. Check-in was smooth and easy, luggage storage was available, and checkout was as simple as dropping a key in a box. Rooms are on the smaller side and I wouldn't recommend them for two people, but they are well thought-out and make great use of the space. My only real complaint was the view, which was quite disappointing. The amenities are impressive for the price: an onsen, a pool (only during summer), a self-service mini konbini, 6 washing and drying machines, and a very friendly and professional staff. The WiFi is split by room, meaning you can even Chromecast directly to the room TV, which is a very nice touch. A fun detail, the announcer voice is absolutely adorable. She even announced a power outage lasting a few hours, and somehow I didn't mind at all just because of how charming it sounded.

The hotel had everything you need and is in a convenient location. Rooms are on the smaller side, but we only had carry-on luggage so made it work. Bed is comfy. The Onsen is pretty simple and has an outdoor bath which is nice. Overall, the hotel feels a bit like a Vegas hotel with its decor and staying on the higher floors is great for noise, but the elevator can take a long time.
