The location is pretty great if you are into anime. It's less than a 10 minute walk from the main action on Akihabara. The room is nice but a bit small even for Japan luckily the bathroom is reasonably sized. Room cleaning happens every 4 days and new towels are put on your door handle every day. The staff is friendly and the lobby is nice to hang out in with free drinks and some snacks. Which is a good thing because it can be a bit cramped to sit in your room for too long. It's quiet at night so sleep hasn't been a problem. Overall a good place to put your head down after a long night in the city.

Great location for Akihabara. Room is a great size for a couple, but a bit small for three. The facilities within the room are minimal, but there is a reception and lounge area that has hot drinks, pastries and cold drinks available for guests free of charge, and accessible clothes washing machines for those travelling light. The staff were fantastic, and the access to transport and the main street was perfect. Would stay here again.

If you're anything like me, you are completely overwhelmed by all of the choices for accommodations in Tokyo. Well, you can stop now! I promise. Hotel Resol Stay Akihabara was the perfect hotel for my weeklong solo trip to Tokyo. Location is fantastic! 5-10 minute walk to multiple train stations. Central to most of Tokyo. I even went to Disneyland/DisneySea and it took 50 minutes with only one transfer (super easy!). Lively neighborhood but not too crazy at night, especially because the hotel is on a quiet side street. The service was incredible, all of the staff were so kind and helpful. The reception area was lovely - there is lots of seating to relax, private areas to take a phone call/work, a bar with various refreshments, shelves of books, and an area set up with markers and cute notepads to write messages to future guests/travelers. The free amenities offered were awesome! Toothbrushes, face wash, overnight masks, moisturizers, razors, hair oil, bath salts, etc. You name it, they have it! Sleep wear is provided in each room and there is a laundry room as well. 300 yen per load (detergent is already included) and 100 yen to dry. The room itself was perfect for my needs. I stayed in a "single room" on the 11th floor. I'm solo and only travel with a backpack so even though the space was small, I didn't have any problems. The bathtub was way bigger than I expected! Super quiet, too - I never heard anyone through the walls for my entire 6 night stay. Highly, highly recommend booking this hotel!

Konijiwaa. I’m from Thailand. I stayed from April 23rd to 30th. The accommodation was great value for money and very suitable for a relaxing stay. It is conveniently located near JR Akihabara Station. The hotel provides high-quality amenities, and the common area offers complimentary snacks and drinks. The reception staff were excellent, and the hotel’s security system was also very impressive. I especially enjoyed seeing the penguin robot—it was a fun and memorable touch. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely stay here again.

Super handy location. Rooms are small (I would upgrade from standard if I was doing my trip again sharing a room) but this is balanced by the high level of amenities and service provided, I still think it represents very good value for money. I relaxed in the lobby a lot. Good English language support from the friendly staff. Rooms are pretty well insulated from the noise from the train tracks, didn’t bother me. Would stay here again!
