The location is honestly a bit far. However, it is a hotel with good value for money.
We had a fabulous stay at this place. It’s close to station and near to an awesome sushi restaurant only possible downside or upside is the proximity to “services”. The host and hospitality is par non.spacious, family’s friendly- fully recommend.
Just finished a wonderful stay at HOTEL SHITAMACHI PLACE ASAKUSA (with a balanced and perfect fusion of modern and traditional Jap styles) and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was immaculately clean upon arrival. The space itself was generously spacious, which was a huge bonus. I particularly appreciated the exceptional quietness of both the room and the overall neighborhood—I slept incredibly well on the clean and comfy mattress. The amenities were great and truly made the stay feel luxurious. The location in ASAKUSA is ideal: it's situated on a wonderfully quiet and peaceful street, yet is still highly accessible to the public transport and all the main attractions, as well as restaurants and shops. There was a truly pleasant surprise, a lift within the building. What a gem! If you're looking for a hotel that offers a quiet, spacious, and convenient sanctuary, this is the place. Highly recommend!
We recently stayed at the "SHITAMACHI PLACE ASAKUSA" guesthouse, and our experience there left a deep impression on us, earning us high praise. Firstly, the guesthouse boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. It's close to a subway station and several tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and business trips. Parking is available right next to the guesthouse, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. My room was on the third floor. The layout was well-designed, and the Japanese-style decor and extremely comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The facilities were modern and complete, with ample hot water in the bathroom. In addition, there was high-speed internet access, a microwave, and tableware, making it easy to heat up food purchased from convenience stores. This made for a pleasant stay. What I appreciated most was the service. The staff were warm, professional, and always smiling, providing thoughtful assistance to guests. Whether it was transportation arrangements or recommendations for attractions, they provided clear guidance, making my family feel very welcome. In short, this is an excellent guesthouse that combines a great location, comfortable environment, facilities and warm service. I highly recommend it to all friends who come to this city. It will definitely give you an unforgettable stay.
Best hotel I’ve stayed in Tokyo so far . It’s new , clean , has a lift , with extremely great and helpful staff around who speaks Japanese , English , Mandarin and even Cantonese ! Beds and tatami futon are extremely comfy . I was able to open all my luggages in the room . It was really spacious . Perfect holiday ! I would definitely come back to this accommodation for my next trip in Tokyo .
