I was so happy and grateful to have discovered lyf Ginza Tokyo, and it has quickly become my go‑to place whenever I’m in the city. I made my reservation—and handled all communication and payment—through Booking.com. The location is incredibly convenient—just a one‑minute walk to Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line, about 5–8 minutes to the Asakusa Line, and roughly 10 minutes from Tokyo Station. For reference, I arrived at Tokyo Station via Shinkansen from Osaka, and the next day I took the Asakusa Line to Haneda Airport. The hotel’s proximity made everything easy and stress‑free. The facilities are outstanding: modern, spotless, and surprisingly spacious (especially for Japan, which was such a pleasant surprise). The staff members are wonderfully kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and overall fantastic stay in Tokyo.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, brimming with energy, and the staff are incredibly lively! My room is surprisingly spacious, and it's just a step away from the train station. When I checked in with Shalu, she was so attentive and noticed that I had a double booking. She kindly guided me through the process for a full refund with Agoda. Shalu was exceptionally helpful and consistently checked in to see if my issue was resolved. Thank you, LYF, for making my days in Tokyo so wonderful!

Great vibe and reasonably priced for being within walking distance to Tokyo Station. Easy access to Kyobashi station (Ginza line). Very friendly and helpful staff. The two smallest room options are small, but not unlike many hotels in the area. Size up if you have a lot of luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great experience at lyf Ginza Tokyo. The front desk allowed me to check in an hour early and even gave a free room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. The location is also excellent for shopping, all the main stores in Ginza are within a 10–15 minute walk, or just a quick 2 minute ride on the Ginza Line. The only downsides were that the room was not in the cleanest condition, and the walls are fairly thin, so both exterior and hallway noise could be heard pretty easily. There were also noticeable stain marks on the walls, which took away a bit from the overall experience. Aside from that though, still a very solid stay in a great area.

I usually stay in a slightly different part of Tokyo but I found this gem with superb rooms and very convenient access to the other parts of Tokyo (kyobashi station is literally just downstairs). Room was very modern and despite the small reported size, space is well utilised! Might need to get comfy for 2 people but for 1 it was a luxury.
