Everything in one huge room. We had 4 large beds (2 upper deck, 2 bottom deck). Unit came with 2 toilets. Shower room door is transparent, so need to close the sliding door to the sink area when bathing. Good for a huge family, but some privacy concerns for extended family/friends. Expect rumbling vibrations from trains in morning and day, which may be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Wonderful washing machine with dryer, so your clothes will be ready for wear the next morning. location is terrific. Checking in is remotely done.
We had a great experience at this apartment. It is large, well equipped, in an excellent location and priced very reasonably. Check in and check out is done via an app and all went smoothly. We really enjoyed this place and will be back again when we stay in Ueno next time
Our family of four stayed here for six nights and had a very comfortable experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well appointed, with a cooktop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and a washing machine with a built-in dryer, which was very convenient for a longer stay. The beds were comfortable and the heating was perfect throughout our visit. Digital check-in was easy and secure. While there was a little traffic noise, it did not bother us and did not detract from our stay. The location was excellent—within walking distance of Ueno train station, with a convenience store close by and a wide selection of restaurants nearby. Overall, a practical, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, especially for families. We would happily recommend it.
Very kind, honest and polite staff. We booked and paid in full but had to cancel due to ANA Airline staff incorrect suggestion so we couldn't stop in Tokyo and had to cancel this accom and another domestic flight. Free cancellation time has passed so I sent message request free cancellation to property due to this unfortunate situation, asking to cancel free or a bit of fee I can understand. Property staff responded in a minute and give us free cancellation!! very appreciated their understanding and helpful. For sure we will stay at this place next time we visit Japan for their honest and kindness. Very recommended.
The place was next to Ameyoko and Ueno station. Easy access to take express train to narita airport which took 36mins. The place have 4 double beds which accomodate 8 persons and 2 bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. There is a stove and microwave. The washer comes with dryer. Easy to get halal food. There is Don Quijote, uniqlo, GU , ABC mart etc....Great for big family and wheelchair friendly. There is an elevator. During check in they use a tablet located next to the door of elevator and clear instructions was given. Its keyless. Code was given to enter unit and building. Overall it was great, big and comfortable.
