I experienced Bio Steam for the first time! Even though I'm not a big fan of saunas, I found it very comfortable, and the feeling of warmth spreading from the core of my body was incredibly pleasant! I sweated a lot, and afterwards, I felt incredibly light. The staff were very polite, and I felt completely at ease even though it was my first time. It was such a wonderful experience that I'd love to come back regularly!
I'm a regular customer for mugwort steaming and oil massages. I've been coming for about two years now. Mugwort steaming has amazing detoxifying effects; the depth of my sleep at night is completely different, and I'm hooked. Even people who don't like saunas can continue mugwort steaming without stress. I've been captivated by Eri's oil massage technique since my first session, and I request it every month without fail! I'm self-conscious about my short neck, but after the treatment, I feel like my neck has grown 3cm! And after she thoroughly loosens my stiff shoulders, I feel incredibly comfortable and great! I'm so impressed with her technique that I recommend it to all my friends, and they all become repeat customers—she's incredibly skilled! Although it's in Shibuya, it's in the quiet Shoto area, and the convenient location is a big plus. I'll continue to be a customer. Thank you always!

I have been going to this chiropractor since March of last year. Every time I come, they listen carefully to how I am feeling and provide treatment that is appropriate for that time, which has really helped me feel better. They also explained the cause of my stiff shoulders, which had been bothering me, and now they are almost completely cured. I am also happy that they also teach me maintenance that I can do at home.
