This was my first time trying a head spa. It was a great experience. Very easy location to find. The spa is very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with even if you don’t speak Japanese. I got the head spa treatment that also included the facial massage. The staff also explained the entire process before it started and also reiterated each step as we moved forward. So relaxing and I feel refreshed afterwards. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try a head spa.
Wow what an amazing experience! From the customer service of the staff and welcoming and go through the process and explaining every little detail and catering to your hair needs. If you are looking for a well care for your hair an also to relax this is the place! Do not look further you won’t regret it and prices are also reasonable Would recommend this to anyone and would come back again in my next trip here Wished I would have done it sooner! But better late than never!
I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment today. It was invigorating to be sure! But also relaxing. I feel like my body got a wake up call and told to slow down at the same time. My skin feels soft and luscious and my hair feels incredibly soft! Saya was also so amazing! She was able to use the google translate to communicate with us very effectively, I didn’t feel like there was a language barrier at all. Definitely worth a visit when you’re here.
I booked in as a first time visitor for a hair growth and scalp care head spa treatment. The treatment was actually amazing from start to finish the staff were very friendly and used translate to help me understand the process. Highly recommend their service. Very clean and efficient.
