Everything was good except the automated check in process, they new kiosk didnt work well and took almost 30 minutes check in. But the staff were extremely helpful and professional. Hotel is qell equipped, clean and relatively close to public transport.
Good location to Akihabara Electronic Town. Rooms and facilities are comfortable and perfect if your after a base to come home to after tripping around Tokyo.
A little bit off the main strip and the bustle of the station so its fairly quiet and out of the way. Many of the staff speak english, some even better than a lot Americans I know at home. Very helpful and quite attentive.
Great location in Akihabara, cleaning every three days with fresh towels nightly, free videos on demand for adults and children. Just the perfect size for solo traveling with larger room options. Staff was very helpful with my English. My room was warm and they fixed not only the ac but also let me borrow two fans! And when I was early for check in they let me borrow an umbrella which was very kind
We stayed at this hotel in Akihabara and really enjoyed it. It’s small but very clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent—just steps away from the main street. Perfect for exploring the area and convenient for shopping and dining. Would definitely stay here again!
