Ueno Station is a very convenient station, so living around the station is definitely a good thing. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel and a LAWSON around so you’re definitely alright when you wanna buy something. The staff are nice, welcoming and willing to help and the breakfast here is nice. Y’all should definitely check it out!
Stayed here while visiting my daughter and they were above and beyond fantastic. Helpful and patient with a "No Japanese language" tourist. Would absolutely recommend
The rooms are very small, and the mattress was very uncomfortable, not firm, extremely old feeling. Other than that the location is great and the service was very good.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Although the room size is very compact, but it is very comfy more than we think. The bed are soft and clean. There are plenty of amenities !
