I have stayed in Citadines hotels in other places and this is why I chose this place for Shinjuku. If you enjoy the vibe and action of Shinjuku but also want a place for quiet morning walks, this is the place to stay vs Shinjuku Central. There is a convenient bus stop in front of the hotel that is very close to the main shopping and night life area. Also accessible to the train lines.
Absolutely fantastic hotel in Shinjuku! Excellent location. The staff in particular are to notch. Very helpful! The rooms are of decent size especially for Tokyo. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and great value for money. We’ll definitely stay at this property the next time we visit Tokyo!
Not to be confused with Citadines central Shinjuku! The executive rooms are spacious. Good housekeeping services. Their coffee machine at the lobby isn't very reliable. The breakfast buffet is very small (per the size of the hotel) but good food. Staff are great. There are stations and convenience stores all at walking distance. Was a good stay
I’ve been staying at Citadines Shinjuku for about a month now (with a total stay of three months), and my experience has been excellent so far. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped—perfect for long-term stays. Having a kitchenette and laundry facilities makes daily life very convenient. The housekeeping is consistent, and everything is maintained to a high standard. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really adds to the comfort of staying here. The location is also great—close enough to Shinjuku’s main areas, yet शांत and peaceful for relaxing after a busy day. Overall, it feels like a perfect balance between a hotel and a home. The room is quite spacious for Tokyo's standards. There is a small kitchenette that you can do your own cooking. There' a bathtub too. The room is big enough to open two big suitcases. It is located about a 5 minutes walk from the subway. It is also walking distance to Shinjuku area. For the price, it's really value for money.
