The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The room was spotless, clean, and well maintained. All of the staff were friendly and able to communicate in English, which made everything very convenient. Overall, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.
Rooms are generally on the small side as expected but i would have preferred more space for luggage instead of a desk and chair. The staff are very helpful. The single elevator makes it hard to access during cleaning hours.
The room was clean. The location was perfect for our group as it's near the train station and has a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly. The hotel has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. I enjoyed my stay.
We stayed at Hop Inn Ueno in March 2026 for our anniversary vacation, and it was a fantastic choice. The location is unbeatable—it's just a 2-minute walk from Ueno Station, which made getting around extremely convenient. The front desk team really stands out as well; they were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making us feel very welcome. As for the room, it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It provided a perfect, hassle-free home base for our celebrations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
