I had a lovely stay here! 😊 The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering a great space to relax. The staff provided excellent service, always helpful and friendly. 🤝 The location was also quite convenient for exploring. I would happily return! ✨💯
Service: Top notch service from the hotel staff. They attended my request patiently and professionally such as request of new bed sheet/towels, early check in, late check out. Please note that there’s no daily cleaning service, if you want to change bed sheet, throw rubbish bag you have to do it yourself. Location: it was 10minutes walk from JR Otsuka station and the steps are a bit steep. It was 15-20mins walk from Marunouchi Line and since I bought Tokyo subway day card I always rely on this Shin-Otsuka station to get around the city. There’s tram line nearby the hotel too. Price: a bit pricey but already considered affordable and cheap among other hotels in Tokyo area Food: there’s few eating place nearby the hotel which is convenient to have food 24hours such as Matsuya Room: perfect for solo travellers, it’s got what I need. The room is quiet and yes sometimes there’s siren sound from the street occasionally but it doesn’t matter much to me.
Great hotel for the price. My room was good size and also very clean. They have many amenities and staff couldn't be more friendlier. The reviews in google are too low, it made me sceptical about booking the place, but honestly nothing to worry about, it's great for the price.
They really need to check the best sheets before putting them on the beds. One of the sheets I had were dirty, the room really needs an upgrade. I expected it to be small so okay but there is a lot of wall space that could be better utilized. The staff was excellent. They were helpful in all my questions and service requested. There is a major train station nearby which made it easy to travel around Tokyo.
