The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and stunning views, although I felt that some of the interiors were starting to look a little dated. The bar and restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. One thing I especially love about Ritz-Carlton hotels is the little chocolate treat they leave for you before bedtime. such a cute touch, haha. 🍫 And the welcome sweets were delicious too! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the experience. 🤍

Ritz-Carlton Tokyo sets the bar and standard for service, accommodation, food and views that is incomparable to very few hotels in the world. This is a 5-star, spa-hotel, located in Downtown Tokyo's upscale-vibrant-trendy-entertainment, Roppongi area, with spectacular day/night views of Tokyo's skyline, Shinjuku, Imperial Palace & Mt. Fuji (on a clear day). I stayed here for 4-nights, as part of my 16-day Japan vacation with my college-aged son. In addition to Tokyo, we stayed in Kyoto, Osaka & Hiroshima. The hotel is centrally located to major subway rail lines which will help you to traverse and experience the amazing, and vast city of Tokyo, efficiently and quickly. The hotel's service and accommodation are as expected, top-class, outstanding and very attentive. We stayed in the Club Room which offered access to the Club Floor Concierge Private Lounge that served amazing breakfasts, all day food, including a chef station where you can have your custom-made eggs and other items prepared, as well as access to the Spa Floor with gym, pool, sauna & massage spa. The lounge serves breakfast, hors d'oeuvres, Afternoon Tea and cordials from 7 AM to 10 PM. We did not have time to get a massage while our stay at the hotel, since we were extremely busy immersing ourselves on the pavements of Tokyo, however we did use their gym, sauna and pool, which were remarkable. Our room was amazing with spectacular views of Tokyo, very large and comfortable beds and huge bathroom suite with showers, tub bath and an extraordinary, full-service Bugatti-of-Bidets, with seat warming, that was outstanding. The bathroom was furnished with very high-end toiletries, creams, soaps and body washes from Philosykos by Diptyque Paris. During our stay we had a nice conversation with the hotel manager, Toine, and he definitely keeps on top of things at the hotel. We expressed our great satisfaction with our impeccable experience at the hotel and with staff. Centrally located, luxurious, exceptional, attention-to-detail Japanese service! Highly recommended!!!

Probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The hotel starts on a very high floor, so the views are incredible from almost everywhere. The rooms are huge, beautifully designed and have amazing skyline views over Tokyo. The pool area is also fantastic, again with panoramic views across the city. The lobby is stunning and has a great atmosphere. The restaurants were excellent as well, especially the sushi and teppanyaki. Everything about the stay, from the rooms to the facilities, food and service, was outstanding.

The Ritz definitely has a luxurious reputation, but I have to admit it’s a matter of personal preference. I’m more drawn to modern, minimalist hotels, so the classic antique style cabinetry… wasn’t really my cup of tea. Because of that, I found the room’s interior a little underwhelming and ‘old fashioned’. I was also disappointed with the housekeeping. I planned to use the kettle and noticed the ice bucket still had melting ice and water inside, which made it seem like it hadn’t been emptied or cleaned before my arrival. That said, the room itself was spacious, and I appreciated the double sinks in the bathroom. The hotel’s location was a bit less convenient than I expected, as it’s a bit of a walk from the nearest train station. One thing I did like was that it’s connected to the surrounding commercial building, making it easy to access shops and restaurants without going outside. The highlight of the stay, though, was undoubtedly the view! The panoramic views of Tokyo are absolutely stunning and were easily the best part of the experience. If you’re staying here, the view alone is worth it!

Loved my stay here! Super convenient to transportation and food. The hotel itself is amazingly beautiful. The staff are all welcoming and helpful. Our view on the 50th floor was amazing. Breakfast is also really good, they have traditional Japanese to pastries and all things in between. Would definitely go back when visiting Tokyo.
