As the name "Customized Osteopathy" suggests, the therapist conducted a thorough consultation to assess my individual condition and provided treatment tailored to my specific concerns and physical state. I was suffering from stiff shoulders, poor posture, and asymmetry, but the osteopathic treatment corrected my head to its proper position. After the treatment, I was extremely satisfied, noticing improvements in my posture and even a change in my facial contour. Furthermore, I was so relaxed during the treatment that I almost dozed off, and I felt completely at ease entrusting myself to their care. I felt the effects after just one session, but I felt my body becoming lighter with each subsequent treatment, so I would like to receive regular body maintenance. I hadn't noticed it myself, but I was told I had an exaggerated lumbar curve and severely rounded shoulders (especially on the left), so those areas were the focus of the adjustment. 【Impressions】 The acupressure started gently and gradually increased, so I was relieved that it wasn't painful or surprising at all. After the treatment, I was surprised that my rounded shoulders, which I had been worried about, had improved, and that my shoulders could now rest firmly on the bed when lying on my back!
