Reviews
An unpleasant experience. The courses overall were oversalted and tart. They open with a bland and uninspired paste. Over buttered and oversalted sole was not among the worst things offered. The squab was sufficient, respite after the rest. The garnishes were still oversalted. The desserts were the high point in the evening though the tart meringue was difficult after all I’d just eaten. It doesn’t help that there was a fly in my champagne half the night and no one noticed. Overall a deeply unbalanced and disappointing experience that makes me concerned about the fact this restaurant has a Michelin star.
