Love the atmosphere and service/attention to detail! Really love the freshness and butteriness of the fish, especially the tuna and rainbow runner. The pacing is good, and the number of dishes is a real treat. Able to accommodate dairy and nut allergies which was a huge plus. They even brought out things like the lobster from the first dish for us to take a picture!

We had lunch here and overall it was a mixed experience. The food was delicious, and the waiter was very kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The main downside was that we were seated at a separate table rather than at the counter, so we couldn't enjoy watching the chefs prepare the sushi, which is an important part of the omakase experience for me. Unfortunately, another guest at the counter was filming extensively, and I could clearly see myself being captured in their videos. This made me quite uncomfortable, and I wish the staff had addressed the situation or been more mindful of guests' privacy. As for the sushi itself, the quality of the fish was good, but I found the amount of wasabi in some of the first nigiri pieces a bit overpowering, making it difficult to fully appreciate the flavor of the fish. The balance improved later in the meal, and the wasabi became much more subtle. Overall, the food quality and friendly service were highlights of the visit, but the seating arrangement and filming situation prevented it from being the full omakase experience I was hoping for.

The service was excellent! Our server was very attentive. Food is delicious. I ordered the extra sea urchin for the lobster uni dish and it was amazing. The stone grilled fish cheek was also very tender and delicious. Very refeshing chawnmushi. I recommend this place!

An unforgettable omakase experience at Sushi Hatsume. From the moment we were seated, every detail reflected precision, seasonality, and craftsmanship. Each course was thoughtfully curated, showcasing the freshest ingredients with impeccable technique — from delicately aged sashimi to perfectly balanced nigiri. The chef’s attention to texture, temperature, and timing truly elevated every bite. I love this place. So gooood! A must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic and refined sushi experience in Tokyo.

Very nice atmosphere inside. Cozy environment with 12 seats. 8 Bar chairs and there is table for 4 also. The price is very reasonable compare to Canada. All dishes are spectacular with care.
