I was craving a fish meal but I was tired of sushi and grilled fish. So I found this restaurant, the perfect blend of western plates and the taste of delicate fish. The oysters are really good, soft and juicy. The soup tasted how I was expecting, just a but too spicy but overall okay, and it was very filling. They made me enter even tho the restaurant was about to close, so I’m grateful

I visited かーぶどオイスター東京八重洲店 for lunch on a Saturday. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between relaxed and lively, making it a great spot for both casual outings and dates. One of the highlights of this restaurant is their oysters, which are purified using deep ocean water, making them safe to eat raw. Despite this process, the oysters retain their rich, natural flavor—you can truly taste their depth and freshness. We ordered the pair lunch set, which allowed us to enjoy a variety of oyster dishes along with pasta. The course was well-balanced and kept us engaged from start to finish without getting repetitive. The total cost was around ¥5,000 for two people, which is excellent value considering the variety and quality. This aligns with many online reviews that praise the restaurant for offering a satisfying oyster bar experience at a reasonable price, especially during lunch. The staff were also professional and attentive, providing clear explanations of the dishes and serving everything at the right pace. Overall, the combination of food quality, pricing, service, and ambiance is very well executed. We had a wonderful time and would definitely like to visit again.
