Loveee everything here! Great location (2 near station & 1 bus stop) also it’s a quiter area but not very far from the central area. and the most important thing is they got the best staff working in the hotel. Helpful & friendly. They had mistakenly sent my luggage to different location but they FULLY responsible of it, communicating with me, and finally my luggages just arrived in time in the right location. Top notch for the service. Thank you so much!
My friend and I stayed here for a couple days and we had the absolute best service by the staffs. All of them were so kind and accommodating. We forgot our check out time and instead of charging us a fee, they kindly moved our stuff! The rooms was so clean and it made staying in Tokyo so comfortable! I will definitely be coming back here next year :)
Very contemporary Japanese vibes. After staying in some cramped places this was a nice alternative (though if you are used to western sized rooms, these are small!) Breakfast buffet option is nice but not extensive and some unique dinner options! Ate here twice despite being a foodie in Tokyo. Order coffee (or a black sesame latte!!) from the cafe in the morning, the hot pot coffee isn't stellar. Elevators are a little slow, especially when it's busy. I enjoyed how much slower this part of the city moves, so if you want to skip the Times Square vibes, it's a great option! Would stay here again!
I absolutely loved my stay at Landabout Tokyo. Everything from the room design and overall aesthetics to the friendly staff was just perfect. The hotel has such a lovely, modern, and cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent—it’s very close to the train station, making it super convenient to get around the city. Plus, there are so many great restaurants in the surrounding area, offering plenty of choices for every taste. I highly recommend the breakfast! There is a wide variety of delicious options, and you must try the Sweet Honey tea—it pairs perfectly with the meal. I loved my experience here and would definitely stay again!
Hotel is clean and reception service was really good. Room is standard Tokyo size and beds were comfy. However take note that some rooms have view of the cemetery next door (though we remain undisturbed which I really appreciate) but as someone who is afraid of 👻🪦 I really couldn’t and had to cancel the rest of my stay unfortunately. The reception made the effort to offer moving to a different room (either facing the road or higher floors). Just a note in case you’re like me! Location wise, it’s convenient to a train station on the yamanote, just about 5 mins walk. But it is around 11-13 stops from the popular shopping districts like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Harajuku etc. this area has lesser tourists and more locals, not much to do within walking distance. Reception is only available until 12am (foreign travellers pls take note) so any support is only available again at 7am) if you arrive after that, there will be no way of getting into the hotel. Overall, great hotel if you’re not fussy!
