Was attracted by its high ranking in the Asia Top List, so we made a reservation beforehand. The bar was located in a hotel in Ginza, so it was relatively high class. My friend and I each had 4 drinks. Menu was very nicely designed. I would say the drinks were a bit too light to my likings. However, the concept behind each Japanese culture inspired drinks was intriguing. Worth a visit. Not to complain but they’ve accidentally given me a wrong drink.
Located in Edition Hotel in Ginza. Took a visit as it was part of Asia's best bars. The atmosphere was upscale and intimate, and the staff were all friendly and really took the time to explain the concept of the bar and the drinks. The drinks are unique as well. I do think you pay the premium price for the name brand. Considering the price point, we felt that there other bars that you can get equally unique and great drinks at.
Classy classics furnitures and decoration for The Punch Room . Original cocktail and exclusive cocktails can be served as Punch bowl style. My favourite is Is the “Dirty Maiko” and I enjoy to seat at the blue velvet chair. DJ’s on Fridays and Saturdays. Special event occasionally. Staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommended place to enjoy uniq atmosphere.
We had an amazing experience at the Punch Room, a perfect way to spend our last night in Tokyo. The whisky selection is excellent, the bar itself is stunning, and the cocktails are incredibly creative and absolutely delicious. What really made the evening special was the super friendly and welcoming staff. We totally recommend this place and will definitely come back on our next visit to Tokyo!
One of the better designed bars at Ginza. Lots of Instagram opportunities. This bar is spacious and located within the Tokyo Edition Ginza Hotel. Music is groovy funk when we visited on New Year's day. Prices of cocktails start from JPY2,600 so it's a premium joint. The only drawback and the 4 star rating is because the house concocted cocktails were somehow indescribable and didn't really jive in their taste and didn't impress like how the classic Magharita would. Service is very friendly and attentive. Overall, a good place to chill and wind down after a heavy Japanese izakaya meal.
