Hotel Cen is conveniently located less than 5 mins away from the metro and within walking distance to Shinjuku area, offers clean & quiet rooms, has very friendly staff, and is overall fantastic value. The hotel cafe with outdoor seating was an extra bonus!
Lovely hotel with very friendly and kind staff. Everything is super clean and the service is great. The room was a bit small but that's to be expected in Tokyo. The only downside was that there wasn't really space for luggage. Luckily, we could put our suitcases under the bed. Everything else was great!
We were really impressed with Hotel Cen, although the rooms were not the biggest we had enough room to take out all our packing cubes and store them on the side and put our backpacks under the bed. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. The location was brilliant and the room was well equipped and clean, with two mirrors which is always a bonus. A little pricy but we stayed during the tokyo marathon which probably increased the prices. The washing machine was good but the dryer was very weak.
I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Cen! The location is absolutely amazing - centrally located in Shinjuku, 7 min to the next train station and 5 min to 7-Eleven. Despite its central location, it is tucked away in a very quiet side street. The rooms are very practically designed (suitcases fit underneath the bed!) and impeccably clean. The bed was also super comfy. Finally, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They even look after your luggage for free after check-out. Would absolutely reccommend! :)
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Yes, the rooms are tiny but they are absolutely immaculate. The power of the super hot shower alone was enough for me to extend my stay not once but twice. The location is fantastic, near all of the trains but far enough off the beaten track (its down a small alley way) thats its very quiet at night even with my window open. Best of all, the front desk staff were exceptionally kind with all of my weird questions and even helped me correct a mistake after I booked the wrong date. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My one thing I will say is that I was a solo traveler and cannot vouch for suitcase space and the size of the bed with a couple but I also saw plenty of couples there so I imagine it must still be pleasant. Finally, for those Americans out there who indulge too much in shibuya, you can order good udon through Uber and it will arrive in the lobby.
