Close to everything ( makes a big difference) hotel rooms are really small but that's japan I guess this is our first hotel in the country so not sure. Friendly staff and free coffee is a nice touch It is a bit of a walk from the train station when you come from thr airport so little challenging but doable
The location of this place is pretty good, very easy to walk to the temple from here and all the shops before you get to it. Lots of different restaurants all around. Even Mc Donald's is literally almost just down the road on the right. Don Q. Is also small walk away and open 24 hours. I was there late night. The hotel has key cards, after a certain time at night you have to use that card to tap to get into the building. They had free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and hot water at the front as well as amenities like the toothbrush set, hair ties, shavers and other little things as well as a one sized outfit you can wear in your room. The second floor has a lounge that has cold and hot water as well as a microwave. Two vending machines. For after 12am then it's closed so the vending machine on the 7th floor is where you can buy drinks or the free small drinks at the lobby machine. The room was pretty cleanly, though the shower walls could use a bit better cleaning. A positive stay for sure. Lawson was just right across from it as well.
Small but cozy rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Even a large suitcase can be slid under the bed, so it doesn’t get in the way underfoot. The staff was very friendly — not only at the reception desk, but also those who took care of the housekeeping. On the last day, we were able to leave our suitcases at reception for free and still enjoy the city. The hotel does not have its own breakfast, so you need to go to one of their partner restaurants, which is a bit inconvenient — but on the other hand, we got to try a different breakfast every day, which was great. Cleanliness and tidiness are a given.
The rooms were very small and lacked storage, the beds were like rock as were the weird pillows that were made from cut up drinking straws making 1 side unusable ( I am a pillow flipper) . They were very tidy and other than storage had everything you needed , loved the coffee machine at reception. The location is about as good as it gets , loved the location! Every thing you needed within a 5 minute walk. I would consider staying here again but the size and lack of storage would make me question whether it would be a good idea , if I am staying somewhere for more than a few days I like to be able to unpack. Would definitely recommend it if you were only stopping for a couple of nights.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, offering tips on local attractions and transport. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which provided a nice retreat after a day of sightseeing in bustling Tokyo.
