Hotel Gracery Ginza is in a very convenient part of the city, right in the Ginza shopping area, but my stay was a mixed experience. The room felt very cramped, and the outlook from my room was disappointing since it mostly faced a rooftop area. The elevators also tended to be busy at times. On the positive side, the room was clean and that helped balance things out a bit.

Hotel is the size of a boutique hotel but staff, especially cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful. Bathroom is a little dated but were clean. The lobby is on 3rd floor so you have to take an elevator from the small 1st floor elevator entrance across the Lion Beer Hall building. There is only one restaurant (Sakura). Their breakfast buffet is Japanese breakfast buffet style. There is laundry facilities (requires payment, separate cashless payment for washer and dryer. You can leave your luggage in a secure self-service locker room area in same secure laundry machine area. The hotel lobby provides free drinks for guests and has a small waiting area. Also, don't forget to use the luggage scale in front of waiting area after you pack before you leave for airport to avoid overweight penalty checkin baggage fees.

Clean hotel, polite and helpful staff, affordable, comfortable beds (they are firm, but I like firm), and perfect location. The rooms are small, so you may need to play Tetris if you have a lot of luggage. Not a big deal, especially since you’ll spend your days exploring.

Great location in Ginza. Front desk on 3rd floor. They offer a free early check in at 12pm if I fill out an registration form for their free membership. Was assigned an inside room looking out to drabby staircases. Switched to a much nicer view on a high floor. Quiet! I heard absolutely nothing, maybe it’s because of the high floor and on a side street side. The room was okay sized for Tokyo, I had two luggages, no issue with space. The housekeeping staff gave me extra towels on arrival, felt really nice. The room was not the cleanest, with carpet corners being ignored. Nor was it new, everything looked frozen in time from a bygone era. The bed was clean though. If wall mounting the shower head, the height and angle cannot be easily adjusted, so I had to hand hold it most of the time. For all its flaws, keep in mind that it is a relatively inexpensive hotel in Ginza, its value proposition is solid IMO.

Excellent hotel in this price range and location. Stayed for a night in 2 single bedroom spacious for Tokyo standard. Rooms are not brand new but it’s better than how it looks in the picture with plenty of practical and thoughtful facilities such as water/ ice station on each floor, multi connector charging cables, nightlight on top and foot on each headboard etc. There is also an amenities bar with sheet face masks, bath salt, face cleanser/ lotion, tooth brush etc. and a cute herbal bar for u to mix your own herbal blends for better sleep. Luggage storage room has lockers and security straps, lobby waiting area is comfortable overlooking Ginza streets with free basic beverages. Plenty of upscale shops and restaurants around, can walk over to shinbashi for more local restaurants.
