We appreciate the very clean rooms with the lovely view of the city, nice comfortable beds and well laid out rooms with nice amenities. The friendly staff and great location in the Shinjuku area also made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the options we tried were delicious. If we’re ever back in the Shinjuku area, we’d stay here again. Highly recommend. Well done!
Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Splurged a bit on their suite, and it was amazing - with two showers and two toilets. Their service is immaculate. 12:10 I walked out to their reception asking for directions to train for Narita and Phan at the desk not only told me about faster bus option that leaves from the doorstep of the hotel, but actually escorted me to the bus, acted as my translator to the driver and got our family seats, and stayed with us until the bus left at 12:35. That level of service is simply unimaginable from other advanced countries. Their breakfast buffet is large, delicious and comes with an amazing view. I'm a stickler for good hotel breakfasts and this one delivered. I'm leaving Japan with my heart and belly full. Thank you all the staff of Groove Shinjuku.
I had a really good stay at Hotel Groove. The room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel overall felt modern and well‑kept. The restaurant inside was nice too, with good food and a relaxed vibe. One thing that confused me was the robot room service — I wasn’t sure if it was available or how to order it. I could’ve asked the staff, but I was so busy during my trip that I didn’t get the chance. The location was a huge plus. Shogun Burger and Starbucks are directly below, which made grabbing food super easy, and the hotel is close to everything you’d want to explore in the area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay even smoother. Overall, a clean, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay in Tokyo.
I had a pleasant stay on the 24th floor of this hotel lately. As a music lover & DJ i had amazing moment with music theme rooms & dining restaurant. The place is located in great location of kabuki cho shinjuku. I also had a chef reccommedation dinner course meal at the 17th floor and it was delicious. I also liked all the comfort of the suite room and gears on every corner. I would be much pleased if they had more nice amenities but overall it was valuable experience. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Groove Shinjuku and would happily recommend it. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were restocked daily, including slippers, which we found to be quite rare compared to other hotels. Our room also included a washer-dryer laundry machine, which was extremely convenient during our stay. A special thank you to Mey, who helped us during checkout with our luggage, arranged a taxi, and assisted with loading everything into the vehicle. She also kindly provided us with a marker so we could write our details on a box we were planning to check in for our flight, which was a small but very thoughtful gesture. The service was outstanding and exceeded our expectations in every way. Mey was kind, professional, and made the end of our stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was an excellent hotel experience in Shinjuku, and we would definitely stay here again.
