great experience for family and also the front desk lady was very helpful.
We had a great stay at illi Haku Asakusa and would definitely stay here again when we return to Japan. A special shoutout to Nakata for the amazing service. She helped us recover our daughter’s iPad after we had already checked out, and on another day she even ran after us as we were heading out to let us know we could check in early when we returned to Asakusa. She truly went above and beyond and is a treasure to any company she works for. The room was modern, spacious, clean, and very well designed. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus, the water pressure was great, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team. We’ll definitely be back! Side note: I hope I remembered her name correctly as Nakata. If I got the name or spelling wrong, please correct me—I want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves!
Recommended this hotel. Family friendly. Room is very big. Didn't think we can find this size in Tokyo. The room has 2 queen bulk beds, very large sofa, dining table, kitchen, living room table, tv, seperate bathroom & shower, washing machine & hair dryer. The room is very clean and everything looks new and neat. The AC is cold. Very great location. It's close to Skytree, temple, train stations, convenient store & drug store. The receptionist is very helpful & friendly. She can speak and understand English very well.
Great location very close to senso-ji temple, asakusa shopping streets and metro station. Room is very nice with a lot of space for a family. We arrived early after a long flight and they assisted us to rest until our room was ready.
Really enjoyed my stay! The sofa bed was super comfortable, and I could see the Skytree from the room. Reaching out before booking is worth it, as I was able to get a better rate than expected.
