Very nice place to stay. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Coffee amenities in reception as well as other items you’re welcome to take if needed. Eg. toothbrush, razor, brush just little things which may have been forgotten. Rooms very comfortable. We managed to cast you tube on tv but no other streaming services. But this was fine. Washing machine and dryer in room. Very close by to train, 7/11 and shopping district a short walk away as well. Some great eating places nearby as well highly rated on table log. If you stay here you’ll find two of them up a side street before you get to 7/11! Do go 👌 One is Ramen the other is burgers. Kind of next to each other. There is also a street stall set up by an elderly couple on other side to right that sells skewers - very nice and definitely worth stopping to try. Delicious 😋 Overall Very happy. Recommend 👍
I stayed here back in March with my wife and baby and it was a great experience. The room was a great size, and felt very clean. The front desk staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service, including offering a baby high chair, which was a pleasant surprise. The check-in process was quick, especially after enduring a long flight. The location was also great because it was very close to a metro line.
Our 4-night stay in the Deluxe Room with Tatami area was globally very satisfying. Finding this kind of square footage and layout in Tokyo is a challenge, especially with children, and this hotel delivered exactly what we needed. Why I would come back (The "Must-Haves"): The Room & Space: Having a separate tatami zone for the kids to relax while we had the bedroom area was perfect. It felt much less cramped than a standard Tokyo hotel. In-Room Laundry: This is a total game-changer. Having your own washer/dryer means no more lugging bags to a shared laundry room or waiting for machines to be free. It’s a rare "gem" feature that made our trip so much smoother. Location: You are literally steps away from Tawaramachi Station (Ginza Line). It’s incredibly convenient for direct access to Ueno, Akihabara, and Ginza. Points to note (Service & Tech): Front Desk Experience: While most of the staff were helpful, we had some communication issues with an older gentleman at reception. He seemed more focused on stocking retail items on the counter than attending to guests, which led to some unnecessary waiting. It was a bit disappointing compared to the high standard of service we found elsewhere in Japan. The Keypad System: The digital door code is quite impractical. The panel is unresponsive, and the screen turns off between digits, forcing you to type "blind." I ended up having to keep the code on my phone because it was so frustrating to use. Power Outlets: Note that there are no plugs in the tatami area. You’ll have to charge your devices in the kitchenette zone. Luggage Forwarding (Takkyubin): Be prepared for a "DIY" approach. You now scan a QR code, fill in the details, and pay online yourself. Unlike my previous trips to Japan, you also have to attach the luggage tags yourself. Verdict: Despite the minor service hiccup and the annoying keypad, I would definitely stay here again. The combination of location, the spacious layout, and the private laundry is hard to beat in Tokyo.
Thr room is nice and spacious. Plenty of room for my wife, myself and our 2 children. Within walking distance of Many stores and restaurants. This is our 2nd time to Tokyo and this hotel is a lot better then the last one we stayed at. Definitely will stay here again!
Check in was quick and smooth. Staff were friendly and courteous. They even already had my stroller and luggage I left a week ago waiting for me in the room. The room was spacious for our family if 5 with a large dining table and washing machine. We loved it! We enjoyed the more peaceful side to this location, as its not so crowded and busy. It has convenience stores within walking distance. Definitely recommended this hotel!
