For many years this is one place my wife and myself will always return to when we are visiting Tokyo. Excellent location for shopping, food and transportation. The rooms are very clean and the configuration is just practical for work or vacation. On our most recent stay in 4-8th and 10-11 th Jun, Moeka checked us in. The hospitality we received from her and also from all the other ataff are just so refreshingly wonderful! Well done!
Beautifully located with very hospitable staff and service, they were very prompt in cleaning the room, providing fresh towels and pyjama sets every day! I felt the rooms are a bit small for the price but maybe that’s standard in Tokyo. The location is super convenient with 3 metro stops just outside the hotel and plenty of cabs, restaurants, malls, shops, bars, convenience stores and pharmacies. Lots of vegan friendly options nearby too!
Love the location, it’s very close to the train stations and the heart of the Ginza shopping district/area. The staff was very friendly and professional. Was very easy to check in. The rooms is a bit cozier than I saw from the pictures but nevertheless was very clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and had a good selection. If I come back to Tokyo - this will be my go to hotel.
This is such a great hotel, especially if it’s your first time visiting Tokyo. We were so central that it made taking the metro incredibly easy and efficient. The service was incredible, the staff was so friendly, and the rooms were tidied daily. The shower was one of the best hotel showers we’ve ever used. The rooms are going to be on the smaller side anywhere you go in Tokyo, but with all of the extra amenities and services, you didn’t even notice. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We loved our stay! Easy check in, room was spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did an amazing service each day of our week long stay. They were friendly and so helpful. Perfect shower pressure. And loved having a bath tub as well. Location could not be more perfect. Will definitely return.
