This is an amazing place to stay with a family. The rooms are a good size and have all the amenities you could ask for. Refrigerator, freezer, cook top, oven, microwave, hair dryers, wash machine, and dryer. The beds are traditional Japanese so they are on the hard side as well as the pillows. Suggest to atleast bring a softer pillow if desired. The service was excellent and staff was very friendly.
We have 6 people traveling together and staying for 7 nights. Got a largest room and it was so spacious (Japan standard), clean and comfy. Got a washer in our room which was very convenient. Great services as well. Location is great with a family market right on the corner and a grocery store two blocks away. Wish it’s slightly closer to the subway station but still very recommend.
We loved our stay here. The rooms are spacious for our family. They had everything we needed and we were able to rent Apple TV,l and luggage scale. Staff was also very helpful. Excellent location as well. Had great recommendation and great for kids. Used the laundry room and kids area too.
Good location as it is about 10mins walk from the JR train station. Lots of food options and shopping within 20mins walking range. No hotel parking available and it is expensive to park near the train station. Go further away from the train station and you might find lower cost options. English speaking hotel receptionists during the day time. Some rooms may have washing machines where it may take 4-5 hours for a wash cycle.
Fantastic stay! The hotel is very family-friendly and perfect for group or family travel. The rooms were huge, spacious, and very clean — plenty of room to relax comfortably. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment which was fully stocked with a kitchenette, washing machine with dryer, and fridge — very convenient for longer stays. Location is excellent — just about a 6-minute walk to the station, with great coffee spots and plenty of eateries nearby. 5/5, highly recommended and would definitely stay again!
