Wonderful, courteous and accomodating staff, especially the reception teams. Chef Keshav at buffet breakfast lounge made awesome egg omelette, he was so warm and helpful. Location is so nice and quiet. Also the breakfast buffet spread was nice.
One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The hotel is located in the Shiomi district, a quiet and peaceful area just a few stops from Tokyo Station on the JR Keiyo Line. The nearest station, Shiomi Station, is right next to the hotel and can be reached in less than a minute on foot, making transportation extremely convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained. I booked a twin room that included a separate toilet and bathroom, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a comfortable sofa with a table. One feature I really appreciated was the complimentary amenity station. In the evenings, guests can pick up various free items such as skincare products, bath salts, bath scents, and other toiletries. The hotel offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, although I only tried the breakfast buffet. The selection was excellent, with both Western and Japanese options. The Western choices included small sausages, bacon, waffles, pancakes, and more, while the Japanese dishes included curry, rice, miso soup, natto, and other local specialties. There is also a restaurant right next to the entrance, as well as a clothing store and a FamilyMart convenience store connected to the lobby area, which is very convenient. The hotel does not offer smoking rooms, but there is a designated smoking area near the parking entrance. Smoking is not permitted near the main entrance or lobby. Vending machines are available on selected floors, specifically the 2nd and 6th floors, and the laundromat is located on the 2nd floor. Another nice touch is that the hotel provides door signs that you can place outside your room to indicate whether you would like housekeeping service or prefer not to be disturbed, which I found more convenient than the systems used by many other hotels. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a convenient location, good facilities, and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is great value for a short stay. We stayed 2 nights for a visit to Disney. Shiomi station is right across the street. The family room with bunk beds was small but had everything we needed. Note that the top bunk beds have futon style bedding, not regular mattresses. Staff was welcoming and kind, amenities were plentiful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with many options.
Excellent location with station across the road and a only few stops to both Disney and Tokyo Central. Multiple convenience stores and a grocery store within a block. Hotel new and clean. Very helpful staff. Offered a room upgrade at a discounted rate which we gladly accepted. Room was huge. Only negative was the breakfast selection was average. Otherwise loved our stay and would recommend.
Immediately across the street from Shiomi station in a safe neighborhood. The breakfast buffet is amazing!! All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dozens of authentic Japanese dishes and condiments change daily and are labeled in English, and 3 items daily at the made-to-order chef counter - prepared with passion and diligence, not like your usual buffet chef mindlessly making omelettes at a hotel in USA. Staff were polite and their English was excellent. 4 elevators, spacious lobby, convenience store next door. Well-appointed, incredibly quiet room with plenty of lighting options but not quite enough outlets for 3 of us. Nice bidet toilet in separate room from a deep hot bath and sink, and nice aromatic toiletries including a self-serve selection in the lobby. We really enjoyed our stay and found the location convenient.
