Such a fun place, amazing atmosphere, fantastic service, everyone spoke English (if your Japanese is as basic as mine) and most importantly they had a gluten free menu. Such a cute restaurant, really small, upbeat music playing, when anyone walks in, orders drinks or leaves the whole restaurant team shout. Gluten free food was great, but I honestly recommend this place for the atmosphere alone. Very reasonable prices, about £50 for a family of 4 with lots of sake.

Best yakitori restaurant ever!!! Definitely we’re gonna be back❤️❤️❤️ Food and atmosphere are amazing. People are so friendly and they speak English well:) We had a lovely time thanks to them!! My favorite skewers are on pic1, you should try them haha And this restaurant is soooo popular! There was a waiting line on stairs but if you have a reservation then you can have a seat quickly so I recommend you to get it...!

Sat at the bar counter close to the pass-through so there’s a great view of the chefs working relentlessly on churning out the delicious grills and small dishes. The shop is super busy so it’s recommended to make a reservation online before going down. Especially love the yakitori, which is lightly charred and has nice balance between savoury and sweet profiles. Even the cream cheese and crackers which are part of table cover charge tastes good (We had it with the fried onion as well). They also have a good selection of both cocktails, alcohol and soda drinks with chunky fruits. I would definitely go back if I’m back to Tokyo :)

On our very first night in Japan, we were wandering around Ginza craving a good izakaya experience. After checking Google Maps and seeing all the great reviews, we decided to give this place a try — and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions of the trip. There was a short queue when we arrived, but luckily the wait was less than 10 minutes. We actually felt incredibly lucky because by the time we left, the line had become insanely long, stretching all the way around the corner of the building. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, and they could communicate in English very well. They also politely informed us in advance that some grilled dishes might take a little longer to prepare, but surprisingly, everything came out pretty quickly. The dishes that didn’t require grilling arrived almost immediately after ordering. Another thing we loved was that they also have special seasonal menu items that change every month, which made the whole experience feel even more unique and exciting. Most importantly, the food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was flavorful, comforting, and exactly what we hoped for on our first night in Tokyo. Overall, we had such a great experience here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ginza.

Came for a solo date, overall a great experience, however the food didn’t stand out. Got three things the waiter highly recommended: the beef yakitori flavored ok, their new menu salmon (overly salty), the chicken porridge (still salty). Unfortunately they don’t carry any takeout boxes so you’re unable to take any leftover porridge home. Also every table gets a 600 yen automatic cover charge apparently. The staff were super friendly.
