Very valuable for money. Room was decent for Japanese standard and was cleaned everyday. The hotel has direct entrance to Lawson and washing facility,making it very convenient during our 1-week stay. Many nice restaurants and bars around too.
Great service and excellent location, but the room was not clean. The hotel rooms are really small, so I understand it can be hard to clean once guests & luggage are inside, so i’m thankful that the trash was taken out daily, bed was made, and bathroom was cleaned. However I think a deep cleaning in between guests should happen. Upon checking in the room was so dusty and there were so many strange stains on the walls. After a few days the bathroom developed a very strange odor that would come in waves. The best thing about this place was the location, so many amazing restaurants nearby and the station is extremely close. Being directly connected to Lawson was also really nice. I would not stay here again because of the cleanliness, but I’m very happy I gave it a try.
Had the best experience with this hotel! The staff were really friendly and approachable! - The Lawson is connected to the hotel and the location is great! -The train station is literally beside the hotel and it was so convenient! -The room that we stayed it was a good size as well. - We able also able to do our laundry easily as well. - The location is really good as it is not busy at all! Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back to this hotel for our future Tokyo trips! 🩷
Me and my friend lived there for 8days. They will help to tidy the room everyday! Everyday we are very exhausted but when we back to the hotel is very tidy, it feels so good ☺️ The receptionist also very patient and one of the receptionist praised my Japanese so happy about it 😋 Try to not making them trouble so I try to talk in Japanese all the time hope they can understand 🤣 The room is quite small but have everything! The only thing I feel unsafe is we lived just right in front of the elevator 🤣 hope they can arrange a better room if they find out is two little girl staying..
