This place is amazing. Beautiful rooms, and absolutely amazing location. I highly recommend anyone staying in Shibuya area who wants to be in the hear of the action to stay here. Love it
This hotel is a great value. It's important to note that it's all automated! There's no front desk or staff. You have to wash your own towels. However! As long as you're prepared for that it's a great place to stay. The washing machine in room is large compared to others, washed all our towels and dried in about 4 hours. Very convenient for catching up on laundry too. The room is very large, clean, with a nice view of the city. The location is amazing. Quiet, with a conbini right downstairs and a cafe. Restaurants are all around. Walk less than a minute and you're in the neon dazzle of Shibuya. Public transport is minutes away. I would happily stay here again.
The stay was generally good. I think it would be very helpful if you could replace the coffee creamers. I believe they are expired. The toilet paper you use is scented and this is not good for people with sensitive skin. It’s ideal to provide a standard toilet paper that is unscented. I think it would also be nice to provide guests with better details on how to use the washer/dryer in different languages. Thanks in advance.
The design of the room was incredibly stylish — modern yet cozy, perfectly capturing the lively and creative energy of Shibuya. The attention to detail was impressive, from the lighting to the furniture layout, making the space feel both functional and inspiring. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Shibuya Station, surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Although there’s no in-house dining, I loved exploring the countless food options nearby — every meal felt like a new discovery. The self-check-in process was super smooth, and the staff responded quickly and warmly whenever I had a question. I also noticed that reserving through the official website was more affordable than other booking platforms, which made the overall experience feel like an even better value. It was such a comfortable, stress-free stay — I’d definitely come back to illi mani shibuya again! これで
It’s the perfect place for families, is not too near the main area of Shibuya, but close enough with just a short walk. Rooms is spacious and comfortable, amenities are all well thought out. Although is a self check in hotel, but the check in process is very simple and effortlessly. There is nearby luggage locker as well.
