Hotel is good, but the location is adjacent to a very noisy road. I knew this and specifically asked for a room on elevated floor and on the other side of the building, which I obtained, thanks to the understanding staff. But still, you can hear some noise coming from the road especially in the evening. Nothing the hotel can do about it though, location just happens to be poor. Very convenient and in the heart of Tokyo otherwise.
Absolutely exceptional. So good I extended my stay and promptly booked another one of their locations for the second half of my trip. The service is above and beyond. The rooms are large, with a mini fridge, hanging bar for clothing and a full bath with soaking tub. The rooms are very quiet and I love that I can adjust the temperature as needed. You can’t beat this location in Ginza- it’s central to shopping and many metro lines, and there are multiple parks and sightseeing in walking distance, including historical Hama-rikyu which is gorgeous.
We had a wonderful stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Gochome! From the moment we walked in, the lobby felt incredibly welcoming and relaxing. The hotel staff was attentive, kind, and so helpful throughout our entire visit, making the check-in process completely seamless. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious, which was a lovely comfort. We also really appreciated the hotel's amenities—having the laundry facilities on-site was so convenient, and the women’s public bath was large, clean, and the perfect way to unwind. The overall location is unbeatable, as it is so close to everything and made exploring incredibly easy. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ginza!
The staff were very helpful throughout the trip, and the location made everything easy. There are plenty of dining options, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, plus easy access to trains and shopping around Ginza. Rooms were clean, modern, and not super tiny compared to many other Tokyo hotels
Excellent hotel for my first time in Tokyo. It felt safe for a solo traveler and was extremely convenient to transit. Great area to stay with plenty of places to eat nearby (all price ranges) and very close walking distance to great shopping. The staff was helpful and did a great job arranging my luggage shipment. The room, while small (as expected), was well maintained and clean. I was very happy with my stay here.
