I, white girl in her 30s with mediocre Japanese skills didn’t have any issues getting in :) we came prepared having registered to the app (which is also set to English if your phone is) and after showing passport (tourist visa only) we were quickly escorted to out corner where we ordered drinks and food all for free. They had some vegan options like fries, Lotus root and edamame. Unfortunately the ratio was very imbalanced and we didn’t get assigned any boys. At the entrance, they also ask if you only want to be paired with Japanese guys or also foreigners. Would highly recommend!
